fine manipulation

Medical (general)
This is part of a form that describes any work restrictions a worker may have due to injury. Other terms include pushing and pulling, simple grasping, etc. The only word I have found that comes close to describing this is the ability to perform "Feinarbeit". Any help is appreciated!

Comment: "Thank you, this sounds better than Feinarbeit, which I was not entirely happy with. "

Präzisionarbeit
"Präzisionsoperationen" could even be more accurate given the context.

Feinarbeit
I do agree with your very own version, Gisela. IMO, it fits perfectly.
