Im trying to find the standard legalese sentence for this, for a letter or fomal notice written by a solicitor with regards to copyright infringement, pls see below thanks

(I understand its something like for ratification and approval but im not sure this is the official translation, help appreciated thanks

E’ espresso l’avvertimento che, decorso inutilmente il termine di giorni sette dal ricevimento della presente, in mancanza di un positivo riscontro, verrà adita senza ulteriori indugi l’Autorità Giudiziaria competente, con ulteriori aggravi di costi in Suo danno.

(signed for) acceptance

Not sure I would translate both ratifica and adesione: I have seen either (Signed) For Approval or (Signed) For *Acceptance* in contracts, but never the two together.
