Japanese term

呼び油

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial
In the sentence:
ポンプのプラグをはずして、呼び油(エンジンオイル)をしてください。
Referring to the process of changing engine oil.

I'm pretty sure 呼び油 must refer to draining of the engine oil that is being prevented from draining by the plug that is currently in the pump? But not 100% sure so thought I'd doublecheck, thanks :)
Proposed translations (English)
3 +2 priming oil
3 additional oil

additional oil

When you are pumping out the old engine oi, you can pump it out more thoroughly by adding small amount of engine oil into it. This oil added into the old engine oil is called 呼び油。
