May offend English to Russian Art/Literary Poetry & Literature

Good day!

In the recent book by Jonathan Maberry "Assassin's Code" (a good book btw), the main protagonists makes fun of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad turning his last name into "Armanihandjob".

Actually, I deliberately mispronounced his name as Armanihandjob, but Rasouli did not so much as crack a smile."***


I'm not translating the book. I just caught myself wondering how I would render it in Russian. My variant is "Армадиневзад". What do you think about this one?

Any other good options out there?
