That's what I get when I run "sludge + wet oxidation + residue" by Google (having previousl encountered "residue" in other searches).
It's not as sexy as technosable, but as I keep saying, technique and, by extension techno- covers a multitude of sins, making something basically undesirable - bits of grit that have been through people - sound like something you would absolutely love to have in your back yard (SYWALTHIYBY).

I am not 100% sure, but it looks like the term used to describe this inert waste product in English is 'techno sand' or "technosand".

in this Canadian document from Veolia, they did'nt translate Technosable (p.19). It appears between brackets after English definition "residual inorganic solid which is completely inert and reusable"
