I agree with the other answers posted, but this may be a smoother way to say it.

The original images are presented
Or "source images...".
Whether they mean the original injuries/bone status or simply the images isn't for me to decide...

I assume they mean original as in prior to surgical intervention...

Although "source images" could mean "reference images" used for comparison... No doubt someone more knowledgeable will be along in a bit, am just passing through.

: 'Original' and 'source' are both OK. They are talking about images before and after digital manipulation; see e.g. http://www.marcilan.com/es/navegacion-guiada/tecnica-de-reco...
/I put my 'agree' here because you were the 1st to answer ;)

(Fig.1 displays/Displayed are the) source images and the reconstructed [...] images (are displayed)
Or "Shown are, [Figure 1] shows...," etc....assuming of course that the text "se presentan" refers to images contained in the paper.
Otherwise, please let us know.
As to what I understand to be the main problem here, you'll find plenty of references on the web to source images and reconstructed images in this context.
Source and reconstructed appears to refer to the actual nature of the images, as can be inferred from the 2nd reference below.
HTH,
Álvaro :O)

Cheers Neil, but not too hapy w/myself, as I'd actually meant to clarify the "source/reconstructed" bit, but Ron up there summed it up much better. (BTW, living in Spain, how often to people call you "Nail" - doesn't it get on your nerves? :O) :O)
