Orientacion Terapeutica:
No come nada o casi nada (˂1/4) y/o capacidad limitada de beber. Intentar ingesta oral de 4-8 uds/dia de dieta de N. Enteral concentrada ± fibra. Si no se llega a cubrir sus requerimientos (25-35 kcal/kg/dia) en 3-5 dias aun con estas medidas: valorar la instauracion de NE por Sonda Nasogastrica con dieta Estandar o Hiperproteica ± fibra. Iniciar a 40ml/h aumentando -si tolerancia-20 ml/h/dia hasta llegar a requerimientos. Si continua tolerancia a las 72 h pasar a ritmo diurno de 15 h. (9 a 24).
