Catalan to English Medical Medical: Health Care ER report from catalan hospital
This appears in a report from a hospital, the patient went to the ER and this in the report they got there are a series of headers, which include Name, Address, HC (Clinical History), ATC (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical classification) and a number which is entitled NEU, I don't know what this NEU stands for.

Hospital unit or internal number I understand you may not be able to supply more specific context due to confidentiality, but my guess is that this is either a unit of the hospital or that N is for numero and it is some reference to bed or unit.
"Neumonía asociada a ventilación mecánica" is also abbreviated NEU.

Hard to know without better context but I've seen NEU as neutrophils values.

Thanks but its not neuthrophils, it appears on the header of the document with all the patients details, address, name, clinical history, etc and is repeated on each page of the report
