Catalan term

ATC

Catalan to English Medical Medical (general) patient identifying information
I find this abbreviation at the beginning of a patient's hospital report that contains a mixture of Catalan and Spanish (the text of the report is almost all Spanish, and the headings are all Catalan words: Data Naix., Adreça, Població, Antecedents, Malaltía Actual, Exploració, etc.)

The beginning of the report, giving the patient's general information, says:

H.C.: [I imagine this is probably something like the Spanish Historia Clínica] ... then *ATC*: 1122334T [not the real number], followed by NEU: 12345432U.

What does ATC stand for in Catalan, and how would we say it in English?

Moltes gracies for your help!

ATC (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System)

I did a search for atc + catsalut (the Catalan health service) It seems that practically all the references to ATC are related to the international Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System. On the other hand, I'm not sure if this fits in your context and the number format appears to be different from the one you've indicated.

Note from asker:
Thanks, Ross, for your answer and the extra references. It doesn't quite look like we're dealing with a drug classification at this point in the document, however (near the beginning of the report, right after what I presume says "Medical Record" number [H.C.])
Hi again, Ross. I closed this question because ProZ was reminding me to close it. I didn't think, as I said above, that your suggestion fits in this context ... thank you again for the suggestion.
