how do we say camper mansardato in English. Is it simply with upper berth or is there some specific expression?

I translated a few docs form English to Italian last August.
The term used in English was "coach-built" also spelt coachbuilt.
If you google "coachbuilt camper" you'll see many hits.
On some ref docs, I also found "overhead bay" which I think was a translation from German to English.
