French term

compte indivis

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Account types
It is a joint account which requires the signatures of all joint account holders; is there a specific term in English?

joint signature account / joint signatory account

Both of these seem to be used for two people sharing an account. I would assume the same name applies if their are multiple people.

joint and several account

Source: see first Reference, search for "compte indivis" [without parentheses]

I meant to also say: A compte indivis is a particular kind of joint account; a single individual cannot withdraw money, etc. without a proxy from the other owners of the account.
