suggestion will it mean"monitoring sheet" distribution?
shweta kheria (asker) Jan 10, 2011:
Lack of full information I do not have the entire file. I just have these few lines as sample.
Tony M Jan 10, 2011:
Since you have a paragraph giving the details, could you please explain for the rest of us just what kind of 'diffusion' is involved here?

"tracking sheet" circulation

In the absence of adequate context, this would be my best guess.

Often in industrial contexts, we talk about 'tracking' things (traceability issues, for example); however, your own 'monitoring' may well be correct, depending on the context.

Again, 'distribution' may well be right for 'diffusion', however, in commercial environments, documents are often circulated to several people, either simultaneously or successively.

"Track file" broadcasting

IMO
Note from asker:
A file is never 'broadcasted'. It is either distributed or circulated.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Tony M : 'broadcasting' is a very specific translation for 'diffusion', which can only be used in certain quite narrow contexts — and I don't believe this is one of them!
