It is a "litige d'honoraires"
and one party is being asked to " addresser un copie au contradicteur" (un copie de l'exposé objectif de l'argumentation et les pièces surs lesquelles celle-ci s'appui). Am I correct in assuming that the "contradicteur" is the opposing party?
