Parfois le double message peut même être fait au sein d'une même campagne publicitaire.
Dans la réception ou la perception inconsciente du message premier, un autre y sera associé, ce qui est tout bénéfice.
D'où l'utilité de bien connaître ce qui se fait dans le secteur dans les campagnes publicitaires.

neutral Tony M : I think that meaning only applies when you are piggy-backing on your own campaign; here, I feel sure it means 'drawing benefit from your competitor's advertising campaign' / Do give me time to read the other answers thoroughly ;-)
