The whole sentence is 「上等じゃないか？ ここで勝負して浪速の滴をこのお江戸でとってみたらどうなんだ！」
And the first character (speaking) has just talked about how the second character's company turns a blind eye to corruption, etc.
Is he challenging him to an actual fight? Or is there a nuance to this sentence that I've missed?
