Japanese term

再開起動情報設定関数

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Computers: Software
this is a term from macro subroutine functions
this is the function for the routine Ledb_init
the phrase in question translates as
Restart start information setting function
but to me it doesn't sound natural. I am not familiar with programming languages, but would this be appropriate?

I believed that the beginning four Kanji links into one word because they essentially mean the same, and the rest was just translated literally.

Reactivate Startup Information Setting Function

I thought this to be the one of the ways to handle the tricky use of two words 'restart' and 'start' and make it more natural to read.
'Relaunch' can also be used in place of 'Reactivate'.

System Restart Configuration Settings Function

In the context of computing, 再起動 means to reboot/restart a system/device/computer/operating system/software program.

My guess is that this is the description of a function that is called to save the settings or notices for the reboot/restart of some system.

For example, this function is called to post information about system restarts to its users. Or it could be used to set certain settings that will be used at boot time during a system restart. Which one is correct will depend on what kind of info the 情報 is.
Example sentence:

System Restart Information/Notification Setting Function (for restart notices)

System Restart Configuration Settings Function (for boot time settings)
