depositary, share held by proxy/custodian/trustee
Dépositaire by itself generally means depositary (in a financial context), but I believe 'actions dépositaires' are shares held by proxy, custodian or trustee, in which case 'actions non-dépositaires' would be shares not held by proxy, custodian or trustee. These are very general definitions - I hope they help.

depositary
I have a feeling (from experience in the banking sector) that this refers to the new practise of banks keeping shares of their establishments on behalf of the shareholder and by registration in the books. Non-depositary would imply the holding of the shares by the titleholder.
