nothing at all
with the emphasis of f*cking.
Strictly speaking - in writing - it should have been: "anything at-f*cking-all" but this is written the way one tends to pronounce "at all" namely as if the "t" is the first letter of "all": "a tall".

Comment: "thanks a lot. I had understood the meaning, I just was perplexed about that strange spelling and thought that perhaps it might be Australian slang. (It's a line from a novel, BTW)"

adding emphasis
to 'you don't talk about anything at all'
though strictly it should be "at-f*cking-all"
it's like saying super-f*cking-market

: Actually, atall is treated like one word, the g is dropped in pronunciation, and afuckintall is a lot easier to say than atfuckinall.

at all
This four-letter word is used as an intensifier in word combinations. Example: You're f**cking right. Paraprase of your sentence: "you don't talk about anything at all"

Maybe he's just underlining his frustration.
It's just empty filler.
Maybe you should cross him off your list of friends & acquaintances.

you don't talk about anything at all
you have absolutely zilch to talk about
you talk about sweet FA (f*** all)
you have f*** all to talk about
your conversational levels are zero!
It'd be more interesting talking to a tree / kangaroo / barbie!!!!

The expletive is lodged in an odd spot
. . . between the a and the t of "at." In the Texas wilderness, I hear a different word order:
You don't expletive talk about anything at all.
Fuad
You don't expletive talk about anything at all.
