This is part of a Gesellschaftsvertrag and in a section on preemptive purchase rights.
Verkauft ein Gesellschafter seinen Geschäftsanteil, so steht den übrigen Gesellschaftern im Verhältnis der Nennbeträge ihrer Geschäftsanteile ein Vorkaufsrecht zu. I understand what they are saying but am looking for a good way to put it.

So "accrued to" is common usage? I had seen it several times but was not familiar with it with "to" and wasn't sure if I could use it. Sounds like I can. |
