The Speed and Distance Pod can be worn on either shoe. Make sure the SD pod is attached securely enough to the shoe so there is no wobble or change of position during exercise.
The shoe pod should be worn with the NB arrow pointing toward the toe of the shoe and the ***thumb tab*** on the holder toward the top of the shoe.
