This comes up as so:
El peligro es que la temperatura en la punta esté debajo de 500 grado y no calcine y se vacíe el electrodo por el fondo. Si trabajas en (word missing) vas a tener una temperatura de punta más alta y menor posibilidad de que ocurra. Puedes deslizar el electrodo cuanto quieras para mantener su posición y la temperatura de la punta cerca de 1000 grados. Caso contrario tendrias que parar el horno y instalar un cone metalico con lamina espesor de 6 a 7 mm. En las puntas de los electrodos.

Afraid more context needed... This seems to be a type of arc calcination furnace / kiln, but this is not enough to identify (or make an educated guess about) the process, therefore to figure out the device and the type of its arc generating electrodes. 500 ºC seem to be too low a temperature, but 500 to 1000 is quite a wide range.

Not sure why it's 'cone' instead of 'cono'...perhaps an error in the original? In any case, 'lamina espesor' refers to the sheet thickness of the cone.
