Quest'ultima, in base alla normativa fiscale italiana recente, ha ora l'obbligo di certificare queste spese in dettaglio ai fini della deducibilità.

I am departing again from accepted practice here by "disregarding" many peer agreements, but as my text unfolded it became clear that Cristina's (thanks) proposal was exactly on the ball, to the point where the expression even appeared in English in a bibliographic reference.
