What is the difference between "Acceptation" and "Réception" here? I usually translate "réception" as "acceptance" in this context so I'm not sure what differentiation is being made here - "réception" seems to be more than just "receipt".

I think this is the format which works best here, particularly in the last line of your text, where you need to indicate that the goods have been received and either approved or rejected.

I disagree with "admission". I feel the difference is more one of approval. In building contracts, for example, after "acceptation", the responsibility of the service provider to guarantee quality is shared by the customer depending on the context (see jurisprudence). After "réception", the customer generally still has a period of time in which to reflect on the quality of work completed and require the service provider to undertake rectification as necessary.
