German term

flächenoptimiert

German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Hi all,

I am struggling to translate the mentioned term in the following context: "unser Flächenoptimiertes Vollsortiment".

I would be grateful for any suggestions - Thank you in advance.

Hi, the complete sentence would be as follows:

"Gerne präsentieren wir Ihnen in unseren neu gestalteten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten unser flächenoptimiertes Vollsortiment"

Thank you.

Could you please provide the whole sentence, more context,...

neutral David Stephenson : But it's the Vollsortiment that's flächenoptimiert, not the Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten. I dunno, it would be nice to have fuller context!

right- but how can the product line itself be space-efficient- I really think they are talking about the way it is presented !
agree BrigitteHilgner : To me, this makes sense.

surface-optimised

Peer comment(s):

specially for your region

"Fläche" in marketing texts usually signifies some reference to geography. So, "designed specially for your region/area/country," "targeted to your region/etc."... Hard to tell without seeing the full context.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Emma Rault (X) : but in the sentence it says "in unseren neu gestalteten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten" so they're definitely referring to the space in which the products are on display, not the overall region

Then why isn't it "in unseren neu gestalteten und flächenoptimierten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten"? Ultimately, this makes no sense to me!
