: but in the sentence it says "in unseren neu gestalteten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten" so they're definitely referring to the space in which the products are on display, not the overall region

Then why isn't it "in unseren neu gestalteten und flächenoptimierten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten"? Ultimately, this makes no sense to me!
