Hello! I am translating a Purchase and Sales Agreement from the Dominican Republic, and sure could use a hand with this term.

Basically, it states in the agreement that the Sellers will pay off the mortgage that they have on the property, and that they will obtain this "Acto de Radiación de la Hipoteca".

It's the document that the bank issues to prove that you have paid off the mortgage and that there are no more liens on the property. I am at a loss for what the word is in English.

Radiacion de Hipoteca. Este documento lo emite la institucion financiera al momento de cancelar una hipoteca. El mismo autoriza al registrador de titulo a eliminar la hipoteca del inmueble cuando transfiera el inmueble a favor del comprador.
