No context at all? Surely this is from a document - not just an isolated expression. If so, what type of company are we talking about? Even with context there are many possibilities. Without, all we can do is guess - I'm sure you can do that on your own

disagree AmyLahb : I feel the phrase in French has a rather negative connotation (I am refering to the word "déluge" mainly) and may be a bit far from the EN phrase which connotes a joyful and cheerful way of going about life.
