Please tell me what does mean push and pull here?

Who wrote this? Some of it is ungrammatical ("–wide knowledge fair") and much of the rest of it is awkward ("Knowledge being reached for by") marketing gobbly-gook.
Anyway, it appears they're using the opposing forces of pushing and pulling to describe bringing ("pushing") information to employees, while employees reach for ("pull toward themselves") knowledge.

I just realized what they mean by "organisation-wide knowledge fair." It's not really ungrammatical in that case; it's just that the space between "organisation" and the hyphen confused me.
Anyway, it appears they're using the opposing forces of pushing and pulling to describe bringing ("pushing") information to employees, while employees reach for ("pull toward themselves") knowledge.

forced or voluntary
"pull" is when an employee acts on his or her own initiative, without being told. In this case, it is when an employee is motivated to seek knowledge on his or her own accord
"push" is when the motivation comes from above, i.e. manager or direct superior
This is common management speak

: "forced" is quite a strong word in English, especially in the context of a workplace. If this is part of the meaning, I would use "mandatory" or "compulsory" instead of "forced."
