Dla Edyty - a) nazwisko brzmi Kozierkiewicz, b) Mortgage Credit Cerificate jest stosowany w stanie Mississipi, c) chodziło o reakcje na krytykę ze strony Polangmara (czy mortgage credit, czy mortgage loan)

Basically, the form shows how much interest the borrower paid during the calendar year and that amount is than deducted from the income tax in the year, which the interest occurred.

@ Koziarkiewicz - to nie jest Mortgage Credit Certificate - this is called 1098 form, and is issued by the Lending Institution to - indeed - reduce federal income tax. I don't believe this has anything to do with offering incentives to the customer....

disagree Polangmar : "Mortgage credits" to kalka (z polskiego, a także z innych języków, w których używane jest słowo przypominające polski "kredyt") - Anglosasi używają niemal wyłącznie "mortgage loans": http://je.pl/4siy . || Amerykanie to Anglosasi (i kalki nie stosują:)).
