take it easy!
in fact, it can have several meanings, but I think this is the closest in English.
kolay = easy
gelsin = may you come
kolay = easy
gelsin = may you come

or similar phrases could be used.
For instance, shortly "take easy" that is commonly used by the Nigerians :))

In fact, in Turkey we use this word just as a prayer or coprdial wish, and it may be translated \"May God make it easy for you\"
I think this phrase fits better for our understanding.

We at once started practicing. My father was holding the saddle and running right behind to prevent me fall down. At that moment Okan came as well.
- "May it be easy," he said. "Enjoy it!"
My father was tired of running behind me and was in a sweat: at that point Okan helped me. Then both of them ran right behind me. They warned me:
Works
... Ali: Good washing to you, Widow Dondu! May it
be easy! Osman: Seher, girl, may it be easy to you, too. ...

hope it goes smoothly/easily
The translation of "kolay gelsin" cannot be translated as " take it easy" since "take it easy" means do not mind, do not care (bosver, aldırma, takma kafana in Turkish)
And while you are working on a project for example, I think saying "take it easy" will be nonsense.
Meanwhile, it was an error to grade "agree" with the answer "take it easy", really sorry for my inattentiveness.

Ingilterede kolay gelsin demediğimiz için doğru tercüme - may it come/be easy - anlamamış olabilir veya da 16ncı asırın dili gibi gelebilir. Mademki yapmağa mecbursun eğlenerek yapın anlaşılır.

'Don't work too hard.'
A phrase commonly used by English-speakers in similar situations to 'kolay gelsin'. The meaning is not identical but near enough and it gives the same colloquial feel.
