French to English Marketing farm to fork, food safety standards

I am working on a short but tightly phrased document on food safety controls in the pork production chain. My client is one of X’s suppliers and the paper’s title is “Le socle commun de qualité agricole”, a phrase coined by the company X. All roads may lead to Rome but all traces of this phrase lead to the company in question. Talk about traceability!

It would appear logical that an English language version of this phrase exists but I cannot find one. Anything better than “common farm-quality standard”?
