No sé como traducir el siguiente verbo, sé que significa "trinar" pero no creo que sea correcto en este sentido:
Contexto: "Their mothers are always there to take care of them,” she trills. “It is a part of each relationship.”

En castellano se usa el verbo gorjear para mostrar a una persona que habla como cantando.

Trilling is indeed singing in some contexts, but here I read it in the sense of announcing something, perhaps in an over-cheerful voice. It´s not entirely without negative connotations. Could be seen as rather annoying. Or not believing in what you are saying.
