Literally should work fine. They mean some guys focus on nurturing stable portfolios, whereas others go out looking for opportunities in the markets.

agree María Diehn : De acuerdo con María Marta. Hay una figura literaria de por medio: se compara al personal de ventas con hombres prehistóricos, de manera que "granjeros" resulta un término anacrónico...y gracioso.
