All such Work Products for which the Agency has received full payment shall be owned by The Advertiser, and The Advertiser shall have the right to obtain and hold in its own name all rights of exploitation, including but not limited to the rights of publication, reproduction, distribution, the rights of adaptation, transformation, alteration, and translation as well as the right to record the work on video and audio mediums and the right of transmission by cable or wireless means, copyright registrations, patents, and such other intellectual property protection as may be appropriate to the subject matter, and any extensions and renewals thereof.
