Google comes up with thousands of hits in English, but what would be the right German term for that (I'd rather avoid leaving it as 'Denglish').

thanks everyone considering the target group the questionnaire adresses, I went for "Executive-Golfplatz", even though I liked Elisabet's idea quite much, too. thanks again everyone! igor

you're right, Irene, here's some more context: the questionnaire adresses golf course managers, owners, employees, etc and they are asked "what type of a golf course" they consider theirs to be. options available are "private, municipal/public, daily fee, university, military, *executive*". best, igor

Igor, it would me most helpful to have some more context - even though this is a questionnaire. Who is it addressed to, i.e. what is the target group? Depending on that, the 'executive' part might be completely redundant ...

If you don't want a direct translation, i.e. keep the original word, going with "exklusiver Golfplatz" might be an idea to express the point that this golf course is only for those who have the big money and are proud of it....

es ist natürlich eine Frage des Zusammenhangs- aber ein executive course in England ist ein kurzer Platz mit par-3 Löchern.
