charter; articles of association

Depending on the context, a Statuto can be a charter, such as the UN Charter, or even a Statute or Constitution.

For companies, there are articles of association/incorporation/partnership (depending on the legal status of the company).

Also, it can be "by-laws" when it refers to a set of regulations issued.
