: wenn das gemeint ist, würde ich aber eher "hoch- und runterfahren" verwenden: "Einmal in Betrieb, lassen sich Gaskraftwerke schnell hoch- und runterfahren und eignen sich deshalb... http://www.ippnw-hamburg.de/2004-08.html
