Bare ownership is not a term I am familiar with from Chancery Practice. There is a bare trust that is the opposite of an express trust.

Vad ca aceasta discutie a mai fost pe proz (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/144218) si ca s-a votat pentru bare ownership, desi la cautarea pe net, Google a gasit mai multe rezultate pentru "bare property" (?!?!). Dictionarul UE da ca traduceri 1. bare ownership, 2. naked title to a property si 3. ownership without usufruct (i.e ownership of an object of which another person enjoys the usufruct).
