I met this question in a test book, and I need your help to check out this sentence. All the options seem to be wrong. I think this is not literally a tag question, is it?

My first thought was to look for "shouldn't we", then I also thought all options are wrong, but I think "don't you?" works here too.

I know Nesrin has already mentioned this option, but I felt it should be given more weight by being an answer in its own right. To me "shouldn't we" is the most natural completion of the sentence.

No, it's not literally a tag question.
Just confirming what I have already said in comments on the other answers: "Don't you?" is not a tag question here. It does not have the right grammatical connection with the preceding sentence. But it fulfils very much the same function, i.e. asking the listener for confirmation of the opinion expressed.
