Part of a bank's innovation project; a horrible combination of innovateur + acteur.

I have seen the term used in different languages, including English and German.
Short if inventing a new word, this should do fine.

Football term - obviously already a player (=acteur) and generally used to describe the creative/imaginative (=innovateur?) players who make things happen. Just an idea - may not be appropriate to use a sporting analogy, although if you did, you could consider "substitute" for "binome"...
