French term

Déclaration à Souscrire

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
This is the heading on one of the pages contained with this Convention de Régularisation; this page comes just before the Table of Contents (for the Articles). It's actually a form with about 12 questions that are filled in, such as:

1) Dénomination
2) Adresse du Siège Social
3) Forme Juridique
4) Montant du Capital Social
etc.
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): df49f (X)

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Being dim here, but I have not grasped the context. You refer to a "convention de rgularisation". Cld you provide original language samples to put us in the picture. I feel I am lacking backgroudn info to get to grips with what is going on here !

Thanks!

This was tough to choose between Richard's or Besmir's answers. Thank you to everyone who replied/contributed.

Declaration of Compliance

IMO if it's a convention on "regularization," what the author has to make sure of is that all the signatories agree, comply to what's being "regularized" am I correct? This form is going to say "Me, XY of Z, employed at X1 in capacity of Y2, hereby agree, comply to your rules and regulations."
Peer comment(s):

disagree df49f (X) : nothing to do with compliance - simply means a declaration/statement to be filed/submitted

disagree writeaway : as df49f explains, this is dead wrong and shouldn't be in the glossary

agree writeaway : although we don't have enough context at all, I also think this was probably the answer./ it's just a statement to be submitted-we both got hung up on the tax return thing.anyway answer chosen is completely wrong

(Applicant's) Declaration

Literally speaking it would be 'Declaration to subscribe to'but it does not really sound correct. So I would simply translate it as 'Declaration'...or perhaps Applicant's declaration.
