"Noche de convivencia con los maestros" would be a good option if it's about parents spending the whole night with their children's teachers...
If it's about meeting the teachers for the first time, "noche de encuentro con los maestros" OR "noche de encuentro para conocer a los maestros" would be a better solution. However, in Spanish saying "noche de" can make people think of party or a very informal meeting in which you would expect to have fun. On the other hand, "reunion con los maestros" or "reunion con los profesores" (depending on the target reader) would give the idea of a more formal meeting, but would probably be the most natural expression a Spanish speaking person would use.
