They are lesions, though: "lesiones eritematohabonosas", but "habonosa" is also a single word.

They are obviously talking about hives here: raised itchy bumps. Habon, habones or habonoso are not given in DRAE. Remember too that Spanish-speaking doctors are much more liable than English-speakers to use technical vocabulary (example from a recent report on my Dad "tiredness" - a Spanish doc would say have said astenia)
