Hola, este es un contrato de prestación de servicios de ingeniería. El siguiente párrafo tiene el término "competente justificativa", alguien me puede dar un término específico en inglés o decir o explicar a qué se refiere, creo que entiendo a lo que se refieren, pero no estoy segura. En caso de rescisión del presente CONTRATO o de su rescisión anticipada debido a causa no imputable a la CONTRATADA, la CONTRATANTE debe reembolsarle a la CONTRATADA todos los gastos incurridos en virtud del presente CONTRATO hasta la fecha de su rescisión, dentro del plazo de 30 (treinta) días después de que reciba de la CONTRATADA la competente justificativa y la correspondiente facturación.
