Context: incheierea anului fiscal 2000, asa cum se arata in anexa 2 atasata acestui contract, situatia patrimoniului, financiara si a beneficiului societatii la 31.12.2000 precum si activul si pasivul societati inclusiv obligatiile eventuale la 31.12.2000 sunt trecute complet si corect. (contract de cesiune)
Problema mea este una terminologica: situatia patrimoniului e usor de inteles, situatia beneficiului societatii consider ca este Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, activul si pasivul sunt componente ale bilantului. Se poate traduce aici situatia financiara prin Lagebericht? Nu sunt foarte sigura ca este corect...
