Your translation is also OK if you're trying to sugar coat it a little:) because the Romanian sounds a bit stiff and awkward in my opinion. It's quite clear that the meaning is "here's a list of what is required in order for you to do this job well". I would not place "mental flexibility" under "business skills", which is why I only suggested "Required skills", but if you think it fits then you could also translate it as "Required business skills" (or keep your original phrasing)
