Italian term
Giu negative
Italian to English
Medical
Medical (general)
Physical examination
Part of a medical report on a patient enrolled in a medical study for heart problems.
Part of the text describes a standard physical examination - appearance of the skin, heart sounds, some edema to the lower limbs.
"Addome trattabile. Fegato all'arco. Giu negative 30°. PA XXX/YY mmHg. ECG:..."
I realise this is probably straightforward, but I can't work out what "Giu negative" stands for here. The report is typed, not handwritten, so this is very clearly what has been written by the physician.
Any enlightenment greatly appreciated!
