Hi lirka, not really a'surgical' device then...
In this case I'd go with "catheter port'.

Please see the image at the bottom of
http://professional.medtronic.com/pt/neuro/idd/prod/synchrom... the little thread-like thingie at the top of the image on the right side.

This is the port/"Ansatz" to which the catheter of the infusion pump is meant to be connected.

On the basis of the information provided here, it might as well be 'port', 'nose' or anything else.

However, 'hub' does not appear to be downright wrong at first glance.
But still, it does lack confirmation by more detailed information about the procedure.
