"Bei Aufnahme zeigte sich ein rechtsführend dekompensierter Patient mit bds Beinoedeme.
How would we phrase it in nice English?
"On admission, the patient presented with a decompensated right heart failure and bilateral lower extremity edema" is the best I can come up with at the moment. But I don't quite like it. It does not capture the "führend" part....
Any better suggestions?
