An den in der Klageschrift vom 10. Oktober xxxx benannten Beweismitteln wird vollumfänglich festgehalten. Soweit in der Folge als Beweismittel auf die Parteibefragung verwiesen wird, bezieht sich dieser Antrag sowohl auf die Befragung des Klägers als auch jene der Beklagten.
