new building/organization
Dieses Großprojekt schafft ebenfalls den nötigen Raum, um die derzeit in betriebsnahe Gebäude ausgegliederten Abteilungen, wieder unter einem Dach zu vereinen.
My version: This large-scale project also sets up the necessary space uniting all outsourced departments under one roof which were previously housed in various buildings nearby.
It sounds too wordy to me. Suggestions would be appreciated.

also creates the space needed to reunite under one roof all the departments [that are] currently dispersed among nearby buildings.
or something along those lines.
(I'm not sure that ausgegliedert means "outsourced" in this context - I interpret it simply as "separated out" or "split off" - i.e. purely a geographical description).

This large project creates adequate space....
This large project creates adequate space in the building to accommodate all its departments dispersed nearby.
another variation:
This LP creates space adequate enough to accommodate....... less preferred because in my opinion "adequate" and "enough" are nearly same

offsite departments
I think "dispersed" is pretty good, but offsite might be better. Outsourced is definitely wrong.
